Cathy & Dez

Cathy learned of CVO Toronto from her wonderful neighbours. Her wonderful canine companion, Dez, had two large lumps that were causing immense discomfort!

Cathy shared with our team that if she had not been able to get the care needed for Dez, she would have had to surrender her — breaking up their family.

Our wonderful Community Leader clinic Bloorcourt Animal Hospital was able to assist us in taking off those two lumps and Dez has recovered well! 💙

Thanks to our wonderful volunteers, donors, and supporters, Dez is living her best life with her favourite human! A special thank-you to La Fondation Emmanuelle Gattuso for providing funds to CVO’s Toronto region to make care like this possible. And, the community has noticed, Dez’s mum shared with us that everyone has been commenting on the difference in how Dez has been acting post-procedure. Dez seems much happier now.
